  What is included in Premium Membership?

By upgrading to premium membership, you will gain immediate and unrestricted access to all areas of the site. This includes all member media, thousands of full size photographs, videos and audio clips; your profile will be displayed at the top of the search results every time; you will have exclusive access to a `Who`s Online Now` list which you can filter by gender and location; and you will also gain access to live video chat, for viewing others or participating with your webcam and/or mic. Furthermore, you will be able to make your media available to Classic as well as premium members if you wish, or you can opt to hide your public media from everyone. You will also be able to send and receive unlimited private media attachments from your on-site mailbox.
 

  How much is Premium Membership?

A variety of premium membership packages are available. You can purchase just one month`s membership or multiple months with savings for 3, 6 and 12 month periods. Please log in. for a full and current list of all membership fees.
 

  What Payment Methods are accepted?

You can make your payment via credit or debit card. Netbanx will process your payment. Ukash voucher is another payment option (see below for details). At present we DO NOT accept payment by cheque. No cash or money order payments are possible.
 

  Will my membership be renewed?

Members who pay via CCBill will have their membership renewed automatically at the end of the 30 day and 90 day periods. You can however turn this off at any time from your profile. We hold no billing information for our members - CCBill and Nochex store this. If you pay by Nochex you will not be rebilled.
 

  Is my transaction secure?

Yes. CCBill and Nochex are secure payment providers; your details will remain confidential and protected. To check the security of the page through which you are paying, check the address in the bar of your browser - it should begin "https".   Is billing discrete?

Yes. There will be no reference to the nature of the website on your credit card bill. Our trading name will appear on your bill as `Vidology Ltd`. Please be aware of this as otherwise you may not recognise the transaction when it appears.
 

  How do I stop my membership being renewed?

Select the Profile Options tab on your Profile Page, and click `Billing`. When you click on the link, you will be given instructions on how to cancel your membership. Please note that you have to stop rebilling before deleting your profile.
 

  Why are some payments in $ (USDollars) and some in £ (GBPounds)?

We use two payment providers - CCBill for credit card payments and Nochex for debit card payments. Nochex are a UK only processor. CCBill are an international provider and therefore all payments through them are shown in dollars. For up to the minute exchange rate please click here
 

  How do I pay by telephone?

You pay via your phone bill and are charged per minute. You can either use your modem to connect or dial the number from your telephone. As long as you are connected to the premium rate number, you will have access to the website as a premium member.
 

  I don`t have a credit card, how can I pay?

If you don`t have a credit card you can pay via Nochex with your UK debit card. Rebilled payments are not available with this option.
 

  Can I be refunded if I change my mind?

Please be advised that if you have been logging in and using the system, (for which we hold logs) or simply have a change of heart, we do NOT give refunds. If you are dissatisfied with our service, or have been experiencing technical problems with our site we will consider your refund. You must use our contact form to request a refund within 7 days of your transaction, stating full reasons why you wish to cancel your premium membership. Refunds are not possible from repeat billing transactions. Please note that you are paying for an immediate online service and not a product that you can return. We will strive to remedy any problems you are having with the site quickly and efficiently.
