Why would I report another member?

We thank members for being vigilant and for keeping your site friendly and free from abusive members and troublemakers. We politely ask that all members follow the rules, and this includes not putting contact details in profiles. We also ask that members are respectful to each other at all times. Whilst we will not enter into personal disputes, we will take action towards all parties that may be making the site an unpleasant place for other members. You are invited to report members who may be breaking these rules in any way, or being offensive towards you or another member, or if their profile, mail, media, blogs or chat messages contains content that is or may be construed as inappropriate or illegal. Please make all such reports via our members help form, providing FULL details on the member you are reporting and their behaviour in order for us to investigate fully and promptly. Please do not delete any messages you may have that you want to report.

How do I report an offensive, abusive or inappropriate profile?

If you have found an offensive profile, or one that contains inappropriate media, contact details in any way please contact us via our members contact form, providing FULL details and we will investigate fully.

How do I report an abusive member in chat?

If you have seen or been part of abusive behaviour in chat, please contact us via our members contact form, providing FULL details of the date and time this occurred and we will investigate fully.

What action is taken against members who break the rules?

Where necessary a member will be removed from the site. If the offense is minor, such as contact information within their profile, we will edit the content, and the member may receive a warning.

How do you prevent members from abusing the system?

To prevent such activity on the site we check all new profiles on the site. At this point we will remove any contact information in profiles. Members are reminded that we can also recognise disguised, backwards and otherwise coded phone numbers and email addresses, and as such members are politely asked not to attempt this as it wastes everyone`s time.
