Can
I change my username? |
No. Usernames cannot be changed. If
you require a new username then you must request for
your profile to be deleted, and create a new profile.

Can I change my password? |
Yes. Please
contact us, telling us what you would like your
new password to be and we will change this for you.

Can I change my email address? |
Yes. Please
contact us telling us what you would like to use
as your new email address and we will change this for
you.

What is my membership type? |
If you have not paid, then you are a
classic member. If you have paid then you are a premium
member.

When does my membership expire? |
Your membership to the site will
never expire, you will always be able to log in to the
site and use all classic features. Your premium
membership is for a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month period, you can
turn this rebilling option off at anytime, see the
payments section for more information. If you are a
premium member and would like to know when your
membership is due to expire please contact us.

Do I need to log in to keep my
profile active? |
The more often you log in the higher
you will appear in the search results. If you do not log
in for 3 months you will stop appearing in the search
results but you will still be able to log in after this
period and use the site as normal. This is done to keep
the search results current and relative.

How do I delete my profile?
|
If you would like to have your
profile deleted please go to your profile page and click
on “Profile removing” tab at the top of the page. Once
your profile has been removed you won’t be able to log
in to the site with your password and username that
refer to the profile removed. If you change your mind
after the profile has been removed you can e-mail a
request to restore your profile to the site
administration team. We greatly appreciate any feedback,
so if you could provide reasons as to why you wish your
advert to be removed we would be very grateful. If you
are a premium member you must also not forget to cancel
your subscription in payment system because this is not
done automatically when your profile is deleted.

How do I upgrade to Premium Membership?

To upgrade to Premium Membership,
please
log in. You will be taken to our secure
payment pages where you can make your online payment for
Premium Membership.
How Do I Stop my Membership
Being Renewed?
Select the Profile
Options tab on your Profile Page, and click "Billing".
When you click the link, you will be given instructions
on how to cancel your membership. Please note that you
have to stop rebilling before deleting your profile.
